Project Key Features
The HillTop is a new residential and mixed-use development designed by Perkins Eastman. Phase I consisted of a new mid-rise (6-story approximate) market rate rental multi-dwelling building built on a 6-acre site. The first phase of The HillTop includes a five-story, 110,000 sf residential building comprising 115 units. The building systems consist of hydronic baseboard heating, high efficiency VRF air conditioning units for public spaces and compartmentalized ventilation in the dwelling units.
