New gut renovation and addition to an existing building to create a new 50,000 square foot “core and shell” retail commercial building with 5 levels above grade and 2 cellar levels.
Situated in what is known as the “Gold Coast retail corridor,” 706 Madison encompasses three levels above grade, a basement and sub-basement. The project includes more than 80 prime feet of frontage on Madison Avenue at the corner of 63rd Street, prime for strong redevelopment.
